Srushti has begun preparing for the UPSC test in her third year of studying engineering. After her graduation, she questioned whether she was able to be satisfied in the engineering role. After realizing her dream, she began to work in civil service. Parents encouraged her to become an official in the civil service and to pursue an employment in the public sector. Her motivation was never lost and she determined to become an IAS Officer. The job required to be an IAS officer is greater. She also prepared for UPSC examinations while doing her engineering studies. Each day she allocated time for exam preparation. She was able to pass the exams for engineers in less than one and a half months and avoided social life and all social media sites. She believes that focus and concentration are essential to pass the government examination to become an official. Her efforts were arduous to attain her aim of passing the test at the first attempt. Every day, she read the newspapers to stay abreast of current affairs. In addition, she had plenty of help online, by accumulating study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV.
