Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for the role of Bo. Silk was produced by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the producer and director of the drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Her father, Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories of playing rehearsals with her mother. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials as just a child. In 1997, she earned a bachelor's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto and moved to Los Angeles within the decade following 1999. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met during an Actorsworkshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. In December 2009 they married after a civil wedding ceremony. The couple got married in Fredericton on April 10, the couple renewed their vows after her change of religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman had her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, her second son was born on the 13th of May, in 2016. Silk's TV work includes her role in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland for which she won a Gemini Awards nod in 2009. The role was assigned to her as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk became pregnant during filming of season three's finale. She announced the news to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on the 20th of June, 2013 that the production was set to begin on Season 4. On 4 June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for the Fourth season. Her portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers who are identical on Lost Girl was named one of the most popular TV Couples in the year 2013 by CNN (Cable News Network) and declared Top TV Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has, in turn, its growing popularity on social networks has grown to a huge online fan base.
